Insights Center has ServeSafe trained sensory personnel and our fully equipped labs and commercial test kitchens create an unparalleled experience in sensory.

We have experience in all descriptive and analytic methods, including Discrimination Testing, Sequential Monadic, and Paired Comparisons.

Commercial test kitchens include:

  • Gas and/or electric fryers
  • Walk-in refrigeration and freezers
  • Additional upright refrigeration
  • 16-20 microwaves, 1100 watts, calibrated
  • Commercial and residential ovens
  • Stainless prep tables and counters
  • Wide entry for delivery of additional equipment
  • 400 free amps in most locations

CLT labs include:

  • Computerized stations, separated by privacy dividers
  • Seating up to¬†50
  • Handheld tablets
